Richard Schlueter

I’m a founding partner at Childers, Schlueter & Smith in Atlanta, Georgia, and I’ve spent over three decades representing individuals and families harmed by defective products, unsafe medical devices, and other acts of negligence. Licensed in Georgia and Pennsylvania, I’ve helped resolve thousands of injury claims, from individual lawsuits to large-scale mass torts.
